Julian of Norwich, All Shall Be Well by Emilia's Post

"All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of thing shall be well."

—Julian of Norwich

Julian of Norwich was a Christian mystic and anchoress (a woman who lives apart and alone as a nun) during the 14th century. Once during a critical illness, Christ appeared to her, answering her deepest questions with the words from the quote, and she realized that in the end, Christ would be the one make all things right. This lace-inspired print was created with white gouache and nib over a royal blue watercolor wash in the hopes of bringing a sense of peace and encouragement.

All prints are hand-sketched, painted in watercolor, and lettered before being digitized and sent to a local printer to be printed on card stock for a clean and luxury finish. This print is 8”x10”.

Shipping: All prints are packed with backing board and sealed in protective closure bags, keeping the print free from sticking to any adhesive. Shipped by USPS.
