A classic “problem —-> solution,” this pan was created by a seasoned Prosferon baker, Tina Vamvakias, who struggled to get a consistently clear seal on the bread. After many recipes and experiments to get a clear seal, she decided to create her own pan with a seal on the bottom, guaranteeing a readable seal every time. She is happy to share her invention with Prosferon bakers around the world.
