This year’s calendar highlights the life and miracles of the our beloved Theotokos through the lens of her icons. Families can learn together about her life on earth as well as learn about the many miracles she has worked after her dormition.

Every calendar includes:

• A monthly spread featuring an original watercolor painting of icon of the Theotokos, a description of what makes this icon special and what we can learn from it, as well as a calendar page full of liturgical reminders but with plenty of space to keep track of personal and family events. The vibrant colors and gently illustrations are designed to make the calendar interesting and accessible for children, though we hope all ages will enjoy it and be edified by it!

• An extra 2 pages for each month with a recipe and activity to inspire further learning about the icon and/or liturgical season. (52 page calendar!)

• Hymns and Bible Verses that highlight the theme of each month.

• Church feasts, American holidays, and highlighted fasting seasons.

• Select saints days are featured with a small drawing of that saint, to help little ones put a “face to the name.”

• Original art throughout, including watercolor paintings of 12 different icons.

• Optional: Sticker sheet including stickers for name days, baptisms, weddings, birthdays, confession, unction, eucharist, and so much more! Kids love these!

• Available with “new calendar”/Gregorian dates or “old calendar”/Julian dates. Not sure which one you need? If you celebrate Christmas/the Nativity on December 25, then choose “new calendar.”
