These prints are of an original watercolor icon painted by Marian Adams for the 2027 Orthodox Children’s Calendar. This icon shows the Burning Bush icon, and in the corners are depictions of different moments from the Old Testament that foreshadow the Theotokos (this is called “types” of the Theotokos or “typeology”).

Originally a hand painted watercolor icon, these are printed on a textured paper that has a similar feel to the watercolor paper on which it was originally painted. Available in 5×7” or 8×10” sizes.
